1 frozen banana
peeled, sliced ginger (we added 2 slices, but feel free to add more or less depending on taste)
1/4 c frozen pineapple
1 handful of spinach
1 TBS ground flax seed
1/2 c coconut milk
Add spinach to blender first so the leaves can get blended as finely as possible. Add the rest of the ingredients. Blend for about 1 minute, adding more coconut milk if needed. Blend until your smoothie has reached its desired consistency and enjoy!
